Muda Tama Gallery 2, The Pioneer of Copper Handicraft in Boyolali

Boyolali, January 26th, 2021 – Muda Tama Gallery 2 is one of the famous copper handicraft galleries from copper handicraft tourism village in Kupo, Cepogo, Boyolali.
This business started in 1980 by the late Supri Haryanto. After he passed away, his business is continued by Suyanti, his wife and it grow well like now.
Supri has 2 galleries, Muda Tama Gallery 1, which is focused on copper production activity for loyal customers. While Muda Tama Gallery 2 is more focused on product finishing activity and becoming the gallery for customers who want to sightsee the product collections, also to expand the business with the new customers as the target market.
“Since Muda Tama Galeri 2 was established in 1980, we have sold these copper handicrafts to several regions in domestic and abroad, such as Java, Bali, South Korea, Japan, Australia, Europe, and USA,” Aji Prasetyo, the manager of Muda Tama Gallery 2, stated. Aji also described the products of Muda Tama Gallery 2 have often participated in art exhibitions in Jakarta, Malaysia, and China.
The products consist of various types of copper handicraft, such as kitchen set, and furniture, starting from IDR 50,000 to billions of rupiah depending on complexity and product size. Muda Tama Gallery 2 sells its product with a pre-order system via online and offline, as well directly sells in the gallery (depends on its stocks).
Several hotels in Solo have bought the furniture and the interior design from Muda Tama Gallery 2. Moreover, some land marks in Solo dan Boyolali, such as Susu Tumpah Monument, Jagung Monument, and Keris Monument located in front of the Keris Museum of Solo are made by Muda Tama Gallery 2.
